If you are interested in coaching a team or being an assistant coach at EKRC, please contact a commisoner in the appropriate division for information.  We welcome both new and experienced volunteers, and we equip all coaches with instruction through coaching clinics, given by respected,  knowledgable and successful coaches and college level athletes.  We require a few things for the safety of our kids, and to provide a comfortable sporting atmosphere.

• All coaches, assistant coaches, and any 'team moms' are to be trained to recognize concussions                                              and Complete a Background Check.

                    This is Ohio's 'Return to Play' law.  It went into effect April 26, 2013. It requires all coaches and referees to be trained to recognize                           concussions. 

EKRC requires all coaches, assistant coaches, and team moms to be certified, and must provide the certificate before participating in practice or games.  The training is free, only takes a few minutes of your time,
